RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every original artwork and limited-edition print is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us within this period, quoting your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
Artworks should be carefully packaged to protect them during transit, preferably using the original packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until the returned artwork has been received or evidence of its return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds include the purchase price and the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium delivery services are non-refundable.
A deduction may be made for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, providing photographs where available.
We will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including covering reasonable return shipping costs where required.
Original Artworks & Commissions
Original paintings purchased online are covered by the standard returns policy.
Artworks specially commissioned to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described goods.
