History

Gary created the first Infineum block in April 2006.

Infineum - SPACES of the metaverse.

Periodically, Gary will digitally carve out an original Infineum block, 16m x 16m x 16m (around 4 storeys tall).

1024 GenErative artwoRks - origin Patterns of the metaverse

Periodically, using the 3D Infineum block as the seed, Gary will meticulously generate (off chain) 64 original 2D digital artworks. Each artwork is an exploration of scale, solid, void, colour and pattern. The final generative outputs will be the origin patterns of the metaverse.

The Infineum Space - 3D FILE

The 3D File (glTF) of the relevant Infineum block artwork will be an original one of one NFT. The 16m x 16m x 16m space can be used non-commercially anywhere the metaverse. For example you can upload the Infineum 3D file into your Decentraland space.

32 Video ART NFT’S

The sound artist Angel Perez Grandi has collaborated with Gary to create original sound tracks composed specifically for each Infineum space. The 3D animated video of each Infineum block is shot in feature film format with a virtual camera 1.2m off ground level and 42.888m away from the centre of the virtual structure. To experience the pure form as conceived by the artist, there is no shading or lighting. Your mind naturally processes the flat 2D lines of the architectural blueprint animation into a 3D object.

Do not go gentle into that good night

Dylan Thomas - 1914-1953

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
